Placing an Order

Once you place an order, our team processes and confirms it within 1 business day. As soon as payment is verified, we ship your order immediately. You can typically expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

When your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional shipping delays due to high volume, carrier issues, or weather conditions may occur. If your package shows no movement for 14 business days, we’ll provide a replacement or refund—no hassle!

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@nocturaswim.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔️ In its original condition—unwashed, unused, with all tags and hygienic liner attached.
✔️ In its original packaging.
✔️ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
